Rippon Lea Estate is located at 192 Hotham Street, Elsternwick, Victoria. Entry to the Estate is through the Gatehouse on Hotham Street.

Parking is available locally (on the street) should you wish to drive. If you have mobility issues where offsite parking is problematic please let us know and we can organise a special park for you.

We recommend either Uber or Public Transport to get here. The property is a five-minute walk from Rippon Lea Station, on the Sandringham Line.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in our festivities. Please reach out if you have any questions.
